Looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference?
At SilaCa Tasmania, we’re looking for compassionate, reliable and down-to-earth Disability Support Workers who believe great support is about working with people, not for them.
You’ll support participants to live life their way — building independence, pursuing goals, getting out into the community and doing the everyday things that matter to them.
We value genuine connection, individuality, respect and a good sense of humour, and we’re looking for people who bring those qualities to every shift.
If you’re looking for meaningful work with a team that genuinely cares about the people we support, we’d love to hear from you.
Come as you are. Bring what makes you, you.
